O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed directing the second respondent to produce the petitioner's husband before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's husband is missing from the house from 09.06.2025. In this regard, she has given a complaint and FIR has been registered under man missing. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's husband left the place only in order to escape from the borrowers with whom is allegedly borrowed a sum of Rs.18 lakhs.

4. Such view of the matter, let the police continue their investigation and produce the detenue before the concerned jurisdictional magistrate. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed. [N.S.K.,J.] [M.J.R.,J.] 20.11.2025 Index: Yes/No
