PRAYER IN CRL OP No. 34116 of 2025: This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.34/2024 dated 22.02.2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner is concerned .
