O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.25049 of 2025, dated 22.10.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:00a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein was arrested and released on bail by this Court in connection with other cases; that while granting bail in those cases, the petitioner herein was directed to appear before the respondent police daily in those cases as imposed in this case, hence the petitioner was unable to comply with the aforesaid condition and prays to modify the same.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.25049 of 2025, dated 22.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner herein shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police.
