O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the respondents to comply with the order dated 28.07.2025 in W.P.No.27558 of 2025 passed by the Court.

2.When this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the directions issued by this Court have been complied with, vide order dated 26.11.2025.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have not taken into consideration the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court with regard to the non-requirement of TET qualification for minority institutions. However, this Court is not inclined to go into the said aspect at this stage, inasmuch as the respondents have complied with the directions issued by this Court.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final order dated 26.11.2025. No costs.
