ORDER

Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by relying upon the communication of the Tahsildar, Sholinganallur dated 07.02.2025 in Na.Ka.AA1 /2733/2024, submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered and necessary corrections have been carried out in the FMB sketch. The copy of the FMB sketch along with the extract of A Register also enclosed in the said communication of the Tahsildar. The copy of the FMB sketch has also been marked to the petitioner. The copy of the said communication is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the fact that the representation of the petitioner was considered and the direction of the writ court has been complied with, this contempt petition is closed.
