Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, Addl.Public Prosecutor Order Alleging that the order of this Court dated 25.04.2025 in W.P.No.14784 of 2024, has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that this Court, while disposing of W.P.No.14784 of 2024 on 25.04.2025 had directed the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2025 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks and that the said order has not been complied with. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied with and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.XXIII, Saidapet within time and it has been taken up on file in CC No.1707 of 2025 and hence, he would submit that there is no contempt. He would further submit that there is no positive direction to alter the charges.
