This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the alleged willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9755 of 2024, dated 01.04.2025.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9755 of 2024, dated 01.04.2025 has been complied with. The investigation in Crime No.109 of 2023 has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing before the Judicial Magistrate I, Virudhachalam on 04.12.2025. 3.
