2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation was completed and final report filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(c) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.25022 of 2021, dated 21.12.2021 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
