Heard M/s.G.Selvi George, the learned Counsel for the petitioner 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that though the respondent undertook to settle the monetory benefits within a period of three weeks, however, till date no amount has been settled to the petitioner. 3.

Mrs.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that the process is going on and shortly the petitioner would be settled with his due benefits. 4.

In the light of the above, I am inclined to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.2241 of 2025, for enabling the compliance to be duly recorded before this Court.

Accordingly, the Sub-Application No.1246 of 2025 stands ordered. 6.

Post the contempt petition on 15.12.2025.
