ORDER
By this application, the defendant seeks for a direction to the plaintiff to produce the documents such as e-mail sent by the plaintiff along with its attachments dated 20.07.2021, credit notes issued by the plaintiff and e-mails sent by the plaintiff, as mentioned in the schedule to the Judge's summons, before this Court.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent filed a memo stating that all the e-mail communications between the applicant and the respondent have already been available on record and the copies of the same have been duly served on the counsel for the applicant. However, he seeks time to get instructions from his client with regard to the e-mails.
3. It is to be noted that such request has been made by the respondent on the previous occasion i.e. on 29.10.2025. This Court has recorded that no further time will be granted for the said purpose and the matter was directed 2/4
to be listed today finally. Therefore, the application stands ordered as prayed for.
