ORDER

This application is filed to permit the applicants to mark the certified copy of partition deed, registered as Document No.1082 of 1982, dated 03.06.1982 and subsequent rectification deed, registered as Document No.1212 of 1982, dated 25.06.1982 as secondary evidence.

2. According the applicants, at the time of filinlg the main Original Petition, they were not in the custody of the above said documents and now only, they have applied for certified copy of the documents and the same are essential for proving their case in the main Original Petition. Hence, they have filed the present application.

3. The respondents in this application have no objection for marking the above documents in evidence.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the applicants/petitioners and also taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case and also to give a chance to the applicants for proving their case in the main Original Petition, this application is allowed.
