ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 05.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.28627 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28627 of 2025 dated 05.01.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 21.11.2025 ssi To 1.The Inspector of Police, D-3, Ice House Police Station.
