2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7179 of 2018, dated 28.03.2018, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Page No.2 of 4
