ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioners' grievance that their objection to the notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act has not been decided, would arise for consideration only when the bank proceeds to take measures under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act.

2. As and when the bank takes measures under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, the petitioners would be at liberty to take such remedy as may be available under the law.

3. Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs.

W.M.P.No.49766 of 2025 filed by the petitioners to permit them to join and file a single writ petition stands allowed, inasmuch as separate set of court fee has been paid.
