ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody

on 08.10.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 311 and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.1103 of 2025, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were waylaid the defacto complainant, attacked him and robbed a sum of Rs.450/- from him at knife point. Hence, the complaint was lodged and the petitioner was arrested.

3.Earlier, this Court had dismissed the bail petition in Crl.OP.No.28949 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is having bad antecedents and the petitioner is arrested recently.

4. Since there is no change in circumstances, established before this Court to revisit the earlier order, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 27-11-2025 drl
