COMMON ORDER The parties have filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 14.11.2025, signed by both the petitioner and the respondent, as well as their respective counsel. In terms of compromise, a sum of Rs.30,00,000/-(Rupees Thirty Lakhs Only) has already been paid by the petitioner, the receipt of which was acknowledged by the respondent even at the last hearing. The balance sale consideration of Rs.90,00,000/-(Rupees Ninety Lakhs Only) is agreed to be within six weeks from 13.11.2025 and it has been agreed by the parties that on such payment in time, as agreed, the respondent would execute necessary sale deed in favour of the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

2. I have gone through the terms of joint compromise memo. Both the civil revision petitions are disposed of in terms of joint compromise memo and the joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this revision. No costs.
