ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody

on 20.08.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 305(a) of BNS, in Crime No.612 of 2025, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner stole five mobile phones worth Rs.11,000/- from the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition in Crl.OP.No.28063 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025 on the ground that the petitioner has bad antecedents.

4. Since there is no change in circumstances has been established to revisit the earlier order passed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
