ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.7(b) of the order dated 03.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27335 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by order dated 03.10.2025 had granted bail to the petitioner with certain conditions and one of the condition is that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as non-refundable deposit in favour of the Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai. He further submitted that since the petitioner is in judicial custody, unable to arrange the said sum and thereby he could not comply with the said condition. Therefore, the petitioner is unable to come out despite being granted bail by this Court. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for more than 90 days from 16.08.2025. Hence, prays to modify the aforesaid bail condition.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the bail condition imposed by this 2/4

Court in Crl.O.P.No.27335 of 2024, dated 03.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed in para No.7 (b) that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as non-refundable deposit in favour of the Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai, alone is removed. The other conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 03.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27335 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
