Respondent(s) Respondent(s) PRAYER To relax the condition of directing the petitioners 1 to 4 (A1 to A4) to stay at Villupuram and report to the inspector of police, Villupuram town police station, daily twice at 10.00 am. and 5.00 pm and petitioners 5 to 8 (A5, A6, A7 and A9) to stay at Tirupathur and report to the Inspector of Police, Tirupathur Town Police Station, daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm, until further orders, imposed in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed in Crl.Op.No.24003 of 2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24003 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025, passed by this Court that the the petitioners 1 to 4 (A1 to A4) to stay at Villupuram and report to the inspector of police, Villupuram town police station, daily twice at 10.00 am. and 5.00 pm and petitioners 5 to 8 (A5, A6, A7 and A9) to stay at Tirupathur and report to the Inspector of Police, Tirupathur Town Police Station, daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24003 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
