The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional Sub Court, Thiruchengode to dispose of the petition for divorce filed by the petitioner/husband in H.M.O.P.No.121 of 2024. 1/4

2. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate the pleadings of the parties were completed as early as 03.01.2025 and the original petition is pending at the stage of examination of PW.1.

3. Taking into consideration, the pleadings of the parties already completed and enquiry also commenced, the Additional Sub Court, Thiruchengode is directed to dispose of the original petition in H.M.O.P.No.121 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
