This miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the proposed third respondent as a party respondent in the main Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and upon hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments to the cause title within a period of one week from today. After carrying out the amendments, the Registry shall issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent, returnable by 04.08.2026. Private notice is also permitted.
