The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue Work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Conditions of the Plants and Machinery Certificate to the petitioner for the e-tender notice issued by the first respondent vide No.29/2025-2026/SDO dated 28.10.2025 and permit the petitioner in the e-tender dated 28.10.2025 issued by the first respondent.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the Site Visit Certificate will be issued to the petitioners on or before 15.11.2025 at 5.00 p.m.
