O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent herein to settle 10% interest to the petitioner herein for the belated settlement of difference in gratuity amount of Rs.3,22,011/- as per the payment of Gratuity Act, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2025.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 27.10.2025 made by the petitioner seeking to pay interest on the belated payment of the terminal benefits and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
