This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 112 days in filing the main Criminal Revision petition against the order dated 06.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.99 of 2016 in M.C.No.28 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 112 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
