ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 st and 2 nd respondent to inquire into the petitioner's complaint dated 15.09.2025 which was duly acknowledged by them on 15.09.2025 and investigate the petitioner in accordance with law.
2. When the case taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was forwarded to the Commissioner of Police in C.C.No.7555 of 2025. Subsequently, enquiry is still pending and there is no progress in the enquiry.
3. In view of the above submission, a direction is given to the 2 nd respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
