C.M.P.Nos.28846, 28849 & 28851 of 2025 in A.S. No. 164 of 2020 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1725 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the deceased second respondent, to set aside the abatement of the death of the deceased second respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents as legal heirs of the deceased second respondent respectively.

2.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
