ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3 rd and 4 th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2024, 01.01.2025 and 04.05.2025 sent to the 3 rd respondent and 27.09.2024, 28.09.2024 and 25.12.2024 sent to the 4 th respondent and consequently, direct the 4 th respondent to issue Work Order Ratification base on due endorsement by the 3 rd respondent in its proceeding in C.No.E1/10828/2024 dated 16.09.2024.Thereafter 3 rd respondent to issue Completion Certificate for phase I, for further payment disbursement process by th respondent and to permit the petitioner to commence and complete the Phase II project as per the proceedings of the 3 rd respondent in 1)C.No.44/DCRB/MLD/2023 dated 03.07.2023 and 2)C.No.E1/10828/2024 dated 16.09.2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 25.05.2023, the petitioner submitted an application to the third respondent under "Namakku Naame Thittam" for installation of the wireless CCTV Camera in Mayiladuthurai District. The third respondent, vide proceedings dated 03.07.2023, issued an order of acceptance for the petitioner's application. As per the said order, the petitioner viz., Patria Securus Solutions, had successfully completed the Phase - I project and raised invoices to the tune of

Rs.1,03,19,291/- vide representation dated 25.12.2024. However, no order has been passed till date. Hence, the petitioner is constrained to file the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 25.12.2024 will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording him an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
