st and 2 nd This writ petition (crl.) has been filed to direct the 1 respondents to initiate action under the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage And Loss) Act, 1992 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2025 in accordance with law. 2.When the matter was taken up today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner had sent a representation dated 16.10.2025. With the very same allegations, the petitioner had earlier preferred a complaint dated 05.09.2025, based on which, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.557 of 2025 on 06.09.2025 and finding that the allegations are civil in nature, the same was closed on 07.09.2025. Without challenging the said closure report, the petitioner has now given another 2/5

representation.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side), this writ petition (Crl.) is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law as against the closure report of the second respondent in CSR No.557 of 2025 dated 07.09.2025.
