ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court, in W.P.No.26733 of 2023, dated 12.09.2023, directing the respondents to adjust the current consumption charges against the refundable deposit.

2.Mr.D.R.Arunkumar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, would submit that the orders of this Court have been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the communication of the 4th respondent in Lr.No.SE/NEDC/NKL/DFC/AO/Rev/HT/AS/F.Solar SD Court Case/D.903/2025, dated 05.12.2025, to that effect. Learned counsel for the petitioner also admits that the order has been complied with.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, recording compliance.
