ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11994 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.546 OF 2018 dated 27.09.2018 that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the third petitioner, who is a Senior Citizen aged about 70 years, is facing difficulty in complying the condition in view of her age related health ailments. The first and second petitioners are also moving out of Chennai quite often due to their business transactions. Hence, they also find it very difficult to come down to Chennai every month. Further the petitioners have been regularly appearing before the trial Court from the date of suspension order. Hence, prays to relax the condition.
3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions diligently from November, 2018.

4.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners and the submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed.
