When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), would submit that the accused, L.Sakthi Vaira Kannan, has been arrested by the Inspector of Police, Kelambakkam Police Station, in Crime No.194 of 2025 and he is now in judicial custody. He would further submit that the 2nd respondent is taking steps to produce the accused before the concerned Court through PT warrant.
