O R D E R
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.25861 of 2025, dated 19.09.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not return to the jurisdictional police station limits until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.25861 of 2025, dated 19.09.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
