ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.27280 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025 by including the offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) and 74 of BNS 2023 instead of offence under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of BNS 2023.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.27280 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025 and issue fresh copy of the order. Further, one week time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
