2.There is no representation for the petitioner when the matter is called today.

When this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was permitted to continue on alternate appointment, vide order dated 11.12.2025. He would further submit that the petitioner is continuing in service with the respondent/Corporation.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
