ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 01.08.2024 made in W.P.No. 21633 of 2024,

directing the respondents to consider the applications of the petitioner, dated 06.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders.

2.Now, Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the orders of this Court have been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the written communication sent to him by the 2nd respondent, in Letter No.Na.Ka.Aa3/5213/2025, dated 12.12.2025, stating that the petitioner's request for transfer of patta is rejected.

3.Since the orders of this Court has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed, recording compliance.
