ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 5.9.2025 consequently direct the respondents to grant permission for harvest of fishing rights to this petitioner in respect of lake for the fasli 1435 situated in Amirthasagar.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2025

within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
