ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.115 of 2019, within a time frame, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration, declaring that the preliminary decree passed in O.S.No.1207 of 2013 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore was null and void and for further reliefs.

3. It is seen from the typed set of papers that suit was filed in the year 2019 and the same was posted for arguments as early as on 21.12.2022. Again, the suit was posted for arguments on 23.04.2025. Thereafter, there is no substantial progress.

4. Taking into consideration the year of the suit and the present stage of suit proceedings, this court is inclined to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.115 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
