This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records comprised in C.C.No.96 of 2024, pending on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, at Tiruppathur and quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the trial has already commenced and two witnesses have been examined.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that personal appearance of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the trial Court. 2/5

4.In view of the fact that trial has already commenced and two witnesses have been examined, this court is not inclined to interfere with the trial proceedings. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with, except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., passing of judgment, or any other date as may be required by the trial Court.
