This petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the originally filed charge sheet in S.T.C.

No.838 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tambaram, now transferred to District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram for want of jurisdiction and renumbered as S.T.C.N.590 of 2023.

2. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
