ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the order passed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.18196 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 1852 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that since he is jobless, he did not have any source of income. So, he is not able to deposit the amount within a stipulated time. Hence, he seeks some more time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18196 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No. 1852 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025, as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the suspension of sentence ordered by this court shall stand vacated.
