COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The petitioners have filed petitions before Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in M.P.SR.Nos.11931 and 28996 of 2025 in the months of March and July 2025 respectively. However, the said applications have neither been returned nor numbered and they have been kept in cold storage for more than six months.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, I am inclined to allow the revision.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petitions are allowed. The VI Small Causes Court, Chennai (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal) is directed to pass orders on M.P.SR.Nos. 11931 and 28996 of 2025 in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.3176 of 2009 filed by the petitioners in the above revision, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipot of a copy of this order.

No costs.
