: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider the representation sent by the petitioners dated 28.09.2025 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court and direct the respondents herein to fix the regularization, pay and pensionary benefits to the respective petitioners notionally on completion of 10 years of service from the date of their initial appointment for disbursement of all monetary and pensionary benefits to the petitioners. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents herein to consider the representation sent by the petitioners dated 28.09.2025 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court and direct the respondents herein to fix the regularization, pay and pensionary benefits to the respective petitioners notionally on completion of 10 years of service from the date of their initial appointment for disbursement of all monetary and pensionary benefits to the petitioners.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 28.09.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
