Prayer : This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order dated 16.09.2025 in Na.Ka.No.251/2025/UA3 of the 3rd respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1/4

3. The withdrawal of this writ petition will not stand in the way of the contractors, who are aggrieved, in case of non-payment to approach the Court for appropriate reliefs.
