This petition is filed to amend the typographical error in the court order dated 04.08.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, CP number was wrongly mentioned as C.P.No.9 of 2022 instead of C.P.No.8 of 2022. Therefore, the said typographical error has to be corrected in the order.

3. The other side has not objected.

4. Considering the above stated reasons and there is a typographical error in the order, therefore it is ordered to be corrected.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the order and issue fresh order copy after carrying out amendment. 23.02.2026 mtl
