ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the condition order imposed in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.21483 of 2025, dated 17.10.2025.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioners have complied with the conditions from K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.22061 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21483 of 2025 ssi 15.11.2025 to 20.11.2025 and thereafter they have not complied. Now they have come forward for seeking modification of the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21483 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025 on the ground that the first petitioner is suffering from ailment and taking treatment, the second petitioner is wife who has to look after the first petitioner regularly. Due to which, they could not able to comply with the conditions.

3. Considering the said submission made by the petitioners and after considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, I am of the view that, the petitioner shall continue the condition as ordered by this Court, Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21483 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed 24.11.2025 ssi To:
