This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioner as a respondent in the main writ petition.

2. The petitioner is the land owner where the subject TASMAC shop is located.

The petitioner is therefore a necessary party for the effective adjudication of the writ petition.

3. Even though objections have been raised by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner for impleading the petitioner herein as a party respondent, this Court rejects the said objections in view of the fact that the petitioner is the land owner, in which, the subject TASMAC shop is located.

4. According, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed.
