This criminal original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report/ charge sheet in Crime No.313/2025 dated 20.08.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months. 3.

Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.313 of 2025 within a period of three months from today.
