2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation was completed and charge sheet filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.M.P.No.16565 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25146 of 2024, dated 27.11.2024 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
