ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the trial in C.C.No.2890 of 2025 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.VII, Coimbatore.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are totally two accused in this case and that the case is at summoning stage. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 4.Though the Apex Court has held that the Constitutional Courts cannot fix a time frame for completing the trial, taking into consideration the age of the petitioner/de facto complainant, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate VII, Coimbatore, to dispose of C.C.No.2890 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
