2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation has been completed and final report filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.M.P.No.8846 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1956 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
